When I was rummaging through my fridge wondering what to make for dinner, I hadn’t intended to produce anything worth sharing on here. However, Mr C said this baked haddock with paprika new potatoes was delicious, and since it is slimming world friendly, I thought some of my readers might like it.
I remember the first time I almost made macaroni cheese. I was working in the Student Union at University and we had run out. My colleague said, “Make more”, but I didn’t know an easy macaroni cheese recipe. She said, “Just make a roux and add milk and cheese”. Needless to say, she made it and I watched.
It has come to my attention recently that I could be more proactive in ensuring my family members are eating foods which are good sources of iron. Especially now that the winter months are looming, and tiredness and lethargy and likely to become increasingly common complaints.
