A Country Style Bedroom

If you a regular reader, you probably know that last year we spend a lot of time renovating and extending our wee home. This included converting the garage into a master bedroom. Structurally, the room was finished and we moved our bed out of the living room, just in time to put up the Christmas tree. Since then, pretty much nothing has happened. (I think I hibernate in the winter months!)

New bedrooms: an extension update.

Hello, hello! I  know I have fallen out of my usual blogging routine, but this past couple of weeks has been busier than ever. Though I have actual real progress on the house extension, and pictures to prove it! We have two more bedrooms, and as Mr C would say, we are so pleased as we have  had enough of having to walk sideways!

Boy’s Yellow Bedroom Ideas

You may be aware I have been struggling to come up with some boy’s yellow bedroom ideas. Lewis has some rather exacting criteria for his new bedroom (in a house that we don’t yet have!) I spent most of last week trawling the internet looking for inspiration.

To be honest I was very nearly at the point of giving up, but I feel guilty. It has been a hard year for Lewis. He moved house and moved country. Started and then moved playgroup. He has had to adapt to the addition of a baby brother and become accustomed to his Daddy coming home in the evenings after two years working away.
