Last week was a bit of a blur, but this week I’ve been catching up and getting back into my stride! Maybe a little too much striding, there has been the odd occasion this week where I have felt my brain might explode. I blame the builders! Alas, it did not happen. I remain intact! Here are this week’s Little Loves!
It is no secret that I love Portstewart Strand. Two miles of soft golden sand, managed by the National Trust. Undoubtedly, my love of this beach is in part due to the happy memories I have of playing here as a child. There was nothing better than packing up the car with a picnic and heading to the beach for the day. Now, I am thrilled to be able to do the same for my children! And sometimes we even manage to stay for a few days!
I missed the last two weeks Little Loves with Morgana! I can hardly believe it myself, as I really enjoy these posts, regardless of how imaginative my links are to the headings! So this week I have pulled some of the highlights from the last few weeks to share with you.
Although the school Easter holidays spanned two weeks, I hadn’t intended to take a coinciding blogging break. However, that is what happened, and it was fabulous! The first week passed in a blur as I packed our bags for a little family holiday to the North Coast of Northern Ireland. As there was snow whilst I packed, I had all our waterproofs and wellie boots at the ready! As it turned out I was wishing I packed shorts and sandals!
